Therefore, implemented through sending an HTTP request with the necessary data from one system to another.Architecture of Integration1. The new employee is registered in Planfix.2. It is transmitted from Planfix to SendPulse and is listed in the address book.3. This is a questionnaire that the new employee is invited to fill in to get acquainted with him.After filling out the form, the data must be sent back to SendPulse to use them for further mailings (for example, the date of birth is required for a birthday greeting).How did we implement this point? Through Apps Script (Service from Google). On the first working day of the employee, the remaining letters are sent to him consistently, and the HR manager receives a notification that the probationary period of a particular candidate ends.
